CNN, BBC 한국 코로나바이러스 드론 플래시몹 영상 소개

코로나19 사태 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 국민을 위로하고자 국토교통부에서 기획한 드론 플래시몹 행사가 지난 7월4일 여의도 한강공원에서 열렸다. ‘국민 덕분에, ‘힘내라 대한민국’ 등 응원 글귀와 마스크 착용 등 위생 규칙 등을 형상화한 드론 영상이 밤하늘을 장식했다.

코로나19 대처에 전세계 주요 외신들이 대한민국을 극찬하는 보도가 이어지고 있는 가운데 이번에는 대한민국의 드론 플래시몹을 소개하면서 IT 강국 한국을 전세계에 각인시키고 있다. (photo/ bbc)

한국 정부는 사회적 거리두기와 마스크 착용을 권장하고 최일선 노동자들에게 감사를 표하기 위해서 수백개의 드론을 사용하여 멋진 전시를 했다. 그 쇼는 뜻밖이었고 군중이 몰리는 것을 피하기 위해 미리 시간을 광고하지 않았다.
